Kurt Knudson (born September 17, 1936 in Fargo, North Dakota) guest starred on Quantum Leap as a cruise ship Captain Sheffield in the Season 3 episode "Sea Bride".
Ralph's acting credits include appearances in the films Annie (1999) and Cold Feet (1983). His TV show appearances include his QL appearance, as well as guest appearances on FOX-TV's Sliders NBC-TV's Night Court, and Providence, and CBS-TV'soap series Guiding Light, The Equalizer, and Judging Amy.
