Jeff Gourson (born January 30, 1946, in Los Angeles, California) served as a producer/co-producer on a total of 70 episodes of the NBC-TV series Quantum Leap.

Prior to working on Quantum Leap, Gourson worked as a story editor with Bruce Logan on the 1981 film The Incredible Shrinking Woman. He is probably best known for editing most of Adam Sandler's films but he also worked on such classics as Flight of the Navigator and the 1994 TV re-make of Disney's The Shaggy Dog.

Gourson was nominated for three Emmy Awards for his work as associate producer on Quantum Leap.
