Lela Lee Olsen (also credited at times as Lela Hee or Leila Hee Olsen; born September 24, 1957) is the actress who played the role of Machiko MacKenzie, the Japanese immigrant wife of returning U.S. Navy man Charlie MacKenzie, whom Dr. Samuel Beckett leaps into to ensure that she got accepted by Charlie's parents in small-town Ohio in 1953 in the Quantum Leap episode "The Americanization of Machiko".

In addition to her QL appearance, Lela has also made guest appearances on ABC-TV's Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman, the 1987-89 CBS-TV series Tour of Duty, the American sitcom What A Country!. and the NBC-TV series Alfred Hitchock Presents. Her film appearances include Vamp (1986), The New Adventures of Pippi Longstocking, and the widely popular slash/horror film Child's Play (1988).
