Scott Hoxby played the part of Capt. Cooper in the Seasos 4 Quantum Leap episode titled "Ghost Ship". ScottPaul Goldstein in the Torchwood in the episode Rendition. He also appeared as Captain Butler on the ABC-TV series Last Resort. He co-stars in the first season episode "Blue on Blue". He has been active in Hollywood since 1985 and has also appeared in the films The Living Daylights (1987), Cliffhanger (1993), and Bulletproof with Adam Sandler (1996) and the CBS-TV soap opera series The Young and the Restless and the CBS-TV daytime soap opera The Guiding Light. Scott is also a trained Marriage and Family Therapist/Psychotherapist and a psychology teacher at a college in Los Angeles, California. He is currently working on his Doctorate in Clinical Psychology as of 2008. He obtained his M.A. in Clinical Psychology at Pepperdine University in 2003.
